[Yum-devel] todo lists

Here's what I have in my textfile of things to get done for yum. Some of
these are done, some of these are reminders. Anyone who wants any or
wants to discuss any, please feel free:

3.0.2:
 - yum-updatesd actually should update when it is told to :)
 - python 2.5 patches - done
 - jbowes' patch to fix the metadata processing callback/output - done?
 - fixing excludes in yum-updatesd (if it is actually a bug) 
 - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=212850 - done
 - docs checkover
 - update all the meta files - authors, readme, etc
 - global exception check in logginglevels.py ??? 
 - figure out why yum-shell-based 'reinstall' doesn't work like we might
expect
 - self.getPackageObject(tuple) does not populate summary and friends
 - po.changelog doesn't read in changelogs
 - old obsoletes on install thing - done
 - fix --disablerepo=bogusname traceback
    - error value in Exceptions - handling the above


3.0.3 and later:
 - categorytinstall/update for handling comps categories
 - clean up ugly output in the yumcommands list
 - pydoc markup/cleanup
 - figure out how to properly close out and delete the exclude lists in
a
   packageSack so that we don't end up excluding archs we now want to 
   work with. - need to delete the sack object in the repo object.
   - alternatively we could make the repo object get resetup


3.2:
 - updates.py out of rpmUtils into yum
 - port forward fixes from 3.0.2
    - debug/errorlevel setting
 - error reporting/codes from the interface
