Hi Everyone,
 yum 2.3.1 is available.

Important notes:
 The stock spec file deps on python-sqlite and urlgrabber. Your
python-sqlite package name will depend on what distribution you have and
how they package sqlite. sqlite 2.8.X and 3.0.X will work just fine.
3.0.X is better, though.

urlgrabber is the same downloader library yum has been using all along
but we're no longer including a copy of it in yum. You can get the
latest version of it from here:

Major Changes:
 - sqlite backend for metadata
 - yum shell refinement - commands are:
    normal yum cli commands (list, clean, install, update etc etc)
    special commands for the shell:
     - run - run transaction
     - transaction (aliased to 'ts' as well)
                run - same as run
                solve - run the depsolver on your transaction
                list - list items in the transaction
                reset - zero out your transaction
     - quit/exit
   multiple transactions are allowed per-run of the shell.
 - proxy fixes
 - install by provides available: install "foo > 1.1" will dtrt now.
