it doesn't need changing in the repomd, it just needs changing in how we
represent the data we take from the repomd. I almost think it's worth it
to have either one big changelog object that  is an iterator of
changelog dicts or just a nice list of some kind.

the class has the advantage of letting us play with the data underneath
w/o too much pain.
