keep upstream the way it is.
the package name is just a package naming guideline. It's not a problem.
urlgrabber and python-urlgrabber will conflict in file ownership but
<shrug> that's not that big of a deal, tbh.
I'm also thinking of non-fedora distros that may deal with this, too.
