[Yum-devel] new branch

okay,
 I opened up yum-2_2_X in cvs last night. I based it from 2.1.13 and
then I applied a few patches back to it.

Essentially it is cvs-HEAD w/o the patches for yum shell.

That means:
resolvedep
tsflags support
and install /path/to/some/file/provided

all work.

it also includes a couple of patches for two depsolving bugs.

I'll be making a few more changes there and that will be yum 2.2.0
hopefully this week, before I go off to lwce and fudcon.

this means I want those patches to HEAD for the new wacky items.
