Interesting... it incorporates something that Adrian and I had talked
quite a bit a year or two ago.  Basically adding an identifier for
tracebacks that would be unique and searchable and then using that as a
bug alias in bugzilla for when tracebacks got filed for easy duping.  

For more than surface opinions, I grabbed the tarball and will try to
look at it if I get a chance over the weekend
