    downloadonly: unlink .tmp files on ctrl-c. BZ 1045806
    
    On ctrl-c we don't call failfunc neither we wait
    for delta rebuilds to finish. Have to clean up..

    downloadonly: rename or unlink .$pid.tmp files asap.
    
    Instead of renaming or unlinking all tmpfiles at once,
    do this in the per-package callbacks.
