[Rpm-metadata] Handling of remote packages from URLs

Hello,

pyflakes seems to be correct when it complains against current git:

    ./createrepo/__init__.py:592: undefined name 'pkgfile'

I suppose the attached patch would be correct, but I'm not sure how to
test it.  Thoughts?
