[Rpm-metadata] -s/--checksum deprecated

Hi,

createrepo 0.9.7 has the options to change the checksum type
deprected, and indeed some parts are hardcoded (for example using -s
uses the proper sumtype for the meta-metadata, but still uses the
hardwired sha256 for the checksums of the packages themselves).

Would it be possible to keep this switch for environments that need to
change the checksum types? I wonder how the fedora builders work that
use sha256 and sha checksums for differently aged Fedora releases, are
these different createrepos running in their own chroot?

I'd prefer if possible a common createrepo that would allow choosing
the checksum type at runtime. I'd also try to come up with fixes to
0.9.7 if there is interest.
