[Rpm-metadata] tags in .repo files

Hi,

is there any tag defined for .repo files for tags?

Should this go in the .repo file used to add the repository, or do you think 
it belongs to the metadata itself (repomd.xml).

In the second case, the tags would be refreshed together with a source 
refresh.
