[Rpm-metadata] Yum server installation - repomd.xml - cannot file the file speci fied.

I got the problem fixed. I did have the wrong IP in the yum.conf file, and
I also had to download 'createrepo' to get things to work. I got
'createrepo' from another machine.

Wouldn't that be just a case of missing '/' between pub and updates in the
url above (well in yum config of the repo)?
