[Rpm-metadata] createrepo 0.3.9

Hi folks,
 Found a nasty little bug in the groups checksum code in createrepo. I
opened the file, I read the file, I neglect to seek(0) the file when I
go to take it's checksum.

Long story short, broken checksum for group files.

This fixes it. It's a simple fix but it should get out in a release.
