[Rpm-metadata] createrepo testing please.

Daniel Veillard on irc mentioned to me that he thinks createrepo should
make a subdir off of /some/dir/full/of/rpms/

1. objections to this? - should this be a requirement of the
specification?
  2. if no objections then suggestions on a dir name?
